Claritas Solutions Secures Accreditation on UK Government Frameworks – Digital Outcomes 6 and G-Cloud 13
We are incredibly proud to have been awarded supplier accreditation on the Crown Commercial Services – Digital Outcomes 6 (DOS6) and G Cloud 13 frameworks.
The Frameworks aim to simplify IT procurement and digital transformation for Public Sector buyers. Each iteration is designed to enhance functionality to further simplify IT service procurement, created by GDS (Government Digital Services) to provide public sector organisations with faster and more cost-effective access to cloud-based services from a variety of suppliers. The ultimate purpose of accelerating the adoption of proven and predictable cloud computing services.
The latest G-Cloud framework allows you to choose and purchase cloud services covering infrastructure, platform, software and specialist cloud services. The framework is for commodity-based, pay-as-you-go cloud services. The main difference between G-Cloud 12 and G-Cloud 13 is a new Social Value section, this involves suppliers describing how their services contribute to the Government agendas around:
Fighting climate change
COVID-19 recovery
Tackling social inequality
Equal opportunity
Wellbeing
Each supplier included in the Digital Marketplace has been pre-approved and procuring services via the catalogue eliminates the need to issue tenders.
